Additionally, they did not receive important patient information from providers in a timely manner, leading to delays in providing the appropriate care and increasing costs for our client.

By performing a thorough process improvement analysis, our team was able to understand the current state of operations. This included interviewing stakeholders throughout the different levels and teams across the organization.

Within 10 weeks, we presented a detailed analysis of the quality management issues, updated process flows, developed mock dashboards in Salesforce, provided visual representations of recommendations, and offered additional recommendations for process improvements.
