InfoWorks enthusiastically reaches a major milestone this year as a company celebrating 25 rewarding years in business.

[Nashville, TN] September 16, 2022
— Founded in 1997, InfoWorks began as a technology and business operations focused consulting firm for local-area healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing companies. The business grew mainly by word of mouth based on the strong reputation and community ties of Jim Clayton, a founding member. By 2012, the company hit the milestone of being 100% employee-owned.

“I’m extremely pleased that we established the ESOP. It was an important step to ensure continuity for our employees and clients. As owners, employees are empowered and invested in the future of the company. For clients, it was about minimizing the disruption of corporate and leadership changes and maintaining the service-oriented partnerships we’d developed with them,” shared Clayton.

Over the years, the company expanded its reach to the greater Southeastern United States and added a full suite of analytics and management solutions for even more industries, such as automotive, retail, and non-profits. Their ability to offer end-to-end solutions and commitment to developing collaborative partnerships with clients are keys to their success according to CEO, Paul Kleine-Kracht.

“It has been an honor to step in as InfoWorks’ CEO at the 25-year mark. The talent and passion this team has, and their commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations is invigorating. To celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are launching a new website and our team is excited to participate in a 25 day give back initiative supporting Nashville nonprofits, so it’s an exciting time,” stated Kleine-Kracht.

Providing exceptional service to clients is a pillar of the business, but InfoWorks is also committed to being of service to the community. Currently, the company supports causes such as Middle Tennessee Military Officers Association, Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce, and Nashville Humane Association, to name a few. During their 25 Days of Giving Back, the company and its employees will be providing support to a number of additional Nashville-based non-profits.

Since its inception, the company has prioritized cultivating a strong company culture, a commitment that is evident in their history of high employee satisfaction. Of their 25 years in business, InfoWorks has won The Tennessean’s Top Workplaces and the Nashville Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for the last 9 years consecutively. They have won NBJ’s Best Places to Work a total of 14 times in their 25-year history.

InfoWorks continues its mission to be a trusted partner to clients and a supportive, rewarding career for consultants. Their new website will reflect the brand’s evolved culture, expertise, and innovative solutions. The company intends to further position itself for the future by leveraging tech and staying in front of the issues affecting clients.
