Meredith has been a consultant, primarily within the healthcare industry, since 2012. As a Healthcare Principal, she is responsible for delivering solutions to help her clients achieve their goals.
One of Meredith’s focus areas at InfoWorks is change management. In her role, she helps organizations prepare for and navigate change from both a technology and business perspective. She has worked with new and established teams to define roles, responsibilities, and operating models. Other specific areas of expertise include vendor selection and consolidation, technology and training implementation, stakeholder engagement and activation, and business process improvement.
Meredith works closely with the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce and other InfoWorks leadership to manage a joint initiative designed to provide exposure to careers in project management to students at Antioch High School.
Life Outside the Office
In addition to being a Nashville native, Meredith is also a wife and mother. She enjoys traveling to new places and hiking with her family.
