Project Details

A large healthcare organization began an effort to rebrand their facilities under a unified brand. However, the pandemic slowed progress and added additional complications to the work. The result was a fragmented approach to the initiative which led to the need for rework and an improved processes for both strategy and execution.

The InfoWorks team began uncovering the current state of affairs and documenting opportunities for improvement. By working with new vendor partners and a new internal leadership team, strategies and guidelines were developed to correct the course of the project and identify prior work that would need to be replaced to reflect the goals of the program.

Once there was consistent alignment and a proven methodology, the broader team launched several successful market rebrands, thus proving the efficacy of the approach while continuously iterating along the way.

As a result of InfoWorks’ successful engagement with the client team, the organization intends to scale these rebranding efforts to impact the entire enterprise over the coming years.
