Florence is a Senior UX Strategist at InfoWorks. She transforms concepts into successful digital solutions by applying strategic design methods. She combines design thinking and business tools to streamline processes from idea to launch. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from startups to established companies. She holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at National Louis University.
