As Chief Sales Officer, Jason Childs brings more than 25 years of sales, entrepreneurial leadership, and team building expertise to InfoWorks. With a career defined by helping organizations grow through strong client partnerships, disciplined sales strategy, and an unwavering focus on value, Jason is well-positioned to lead and coach our sales team, drive personal sales performance, and sharpen our organizational focus on long-term growth. His background running and scaling businesses, along with decades spent serving enterprise and Fortune 500 clients, equips him to elevate sales excellence and strengthen InfoWorks’ relationship-driven approach to the market.

Jason has spent the past 18 years as President and Co-Owner of a Nashville-based talent solutions firm. In this role, he led sales strategy, recruiting operations, vendor management, P&L oversight, and the development of longstanding partnerships with major organizations across the region. His experience as an entrepreneur gives him a firsthand understanding of growth, leadership, and client service at every level.

Prior to that, Jason served as an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for building a sales team, leading enterprise sales strategy, and shifting the business from transactional selling to a consultative solutions approach.

Jason’s leadership is rooted in integrity, respect, and a genuine passion for helping people and organizations thrive. Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends.  He is also a huge fan of sports and competition.
