Florence is an experienced UX Strategist who applies strategic design methods to transform concepts into successful digital solutions. Adept at combining design thinking and business tools to streamline processes from idea to launch, she has impacted a wide range of clients, from startups to established companies. Ms. Lafite holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at National Louis University.
