IT support services are provided by a team that handles system administration responsibilities for businesses and non-profit organizations in Middle Tennessee. Services include:
- Management and administration of all IT systems software as well as desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, computer/LAN and telecom networks, security updates and patches
- Responsibility for infrastructure, web services, and application administration, including software upgrades, troubleshooting network outages, and providing solutions to helpdesk requests
- Assessing governance and coordinating reviews of security, compliance, and business continuity and disaster plans
