Ross is an expert in business development and opportunity identification, executive presentations and business analysis, competitive market expansion, IT hardware platforms, software and services solutions. He has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and accomplishes this through strong negotiating and closing skills. He has a business network that spans across multiple industries but has extensive experience with healthcare industry technology solutions.
Prior to joining InfoWorks, Ross was an IBM Brand Specialist supporting the health sector accounts across Tennessee. He started his career with IBM as a design engineer in Research Triangle Park, NC and shortly afterwards transferred back to Nashville into the IBM sales organization, where he was a client executive for various large accounts over many years.
