Kim Crosslin
Chief of Staff
Kim joined InfoWorks in 2002 and serves in the role of Chief of Staff. Originally hired as Administrative Assistant to the company’s two top executives, her duties have grown and evolved over the years and have included human resources, recruiting, sales, IT support, financial analysis, and special projects coordination.
Today, as Chief of Staff, Kim serves as point-of-contact for employees and other leadership team members any time the CEO is unavailable. She is responsible for preparing the company’s annual budget which includes analysis of and suggestions on compensation and salary equity. She provides administration for InfoWorks’ two retirement plans, ESOP and 401(K). The ESOP requires an annual valuation for which Kim prepares the company’s forward looking pro forma. She coordinates corporate initiatives involving highly innovative components and continues to plan and execute special projects varying from integrating the company’s financial, time tracking, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to office moves and renovations. Kim has been integral in helping InfoWorks build stability and structure during a period of substantial growth.
Prior to joining InfoWorks, Kim worked in operations at IBM in Nashville. Kim is an active member in her church, Clarksville International Church, where she and her husband have been members since 2005 and serve as elders.
