Jim Ryan
Director of New Account Sales
Jim Ryan has over 18 years experience in the NFL as a player and a coach. His journey from an undrafted free agent to a 10-year playing career with the Denver Broncos is an inspiring, at times humorous, underdog story. Playing in over 150 NFL games, including two Super Bowls, the highlight of Jim’s career was having the coaches name him Most Valuable Player in the 1987 AFC Championship game, which took the Broncos to Super Bowl XXI.
Shortly after he left the game, Jim found a home behind the microphone. He started broadcasting college football games on regional television and radio, as well hosting local Denver “sports talk” for many years. His favorite assignment was spending six years as the “voice of the Buffs”, broadcasting all University of Colorado football and basketball games.
With an itch to return to football, Jim served as the head coach for a high school football team for several years before making the jump back to the NFL, joining the Denver Broncos’ coaching staff. Serving under Mike Shanahan, he spent five years with the Broncos, a year with the Omaha Nighthawks, and then coached three seasons with the Houston Texans working for his former teammate, Gary Kubiak. Finishing up his coaching career with a season consulting at Vanderbilt, Jim and his wife, Sara, are now growing roots in Nashville, TN.
As a business affiliate of Integrity Solutions, Jim brought his diverse skills and unique perspective to the world of sales training and leadership development, and is now very pleased to have joined InfoWorks as the Director of New Account Sales in.
