Get to know Aaron

As Principal, Aaron’s twenty-year professional career, with the last fifteen in healthcare, will provide targeted expertise to fortify InfoWorks’ data team and healthcare practice. Projects Aaron has contributed to include value-based care contracting, reporting, analytics, monetization, and reconciliation; study design and statistical analysis; quasi-experimental method applications; business intelligence; healthcare analytics; machine learning; and artificial intelligence. He has engaged in a diversity of projects with colleagues across the leadership, skill set, and experience continuum. Against the backdrop of his professional career, he holds two Master’s degrees and a PhD.

Having collaborated with several InfoWorks consultants in the past and seeing first-hand the exceptional work products created and ease of collaboration, Aaron is excited to now call them colleagues.  He states, “I wanted to join a firm where I knew the bar was set high, from work product to culture.”

Aaron will be contributing on client projects spanning the health care, banking, and retail industries. He is particularly interested in contributing to InfoWorks value-based care outcomes and analytics team, which specializes in helping providers, payers, and health systems ensure the highest fidelity estimate of value generated through their risk-based contracts.

He appreciates the fact that InfoWorks is a local firm; having been a Nashvillian for more than 16 years and worked with many people during this time, he has a personal connection to the city and its workforce.

Prior to InfoWorks, Aaron held positions as environmental economist, forest economist, healthcare economist, research lead, and outcomes leader for 5 separate health care firms, one of which was the largest publicly traded well-being improvement firm.

Life Outside the Office

Aaron and his wife have two active, teenage boys who keep them busy traveling to their various engagements, whether sports, robotics, or friends. When they are not running the boys around, he enjoys working around the house on home improvement projects and, to his kids dismay, doing yard work. When the rare weekend presents that they have true down time, they like to rent a nice camper and stay at one of many superb TN state parks.
