With more than 50 employees, the firm combines expertise in strategy development and implementation, business process design, and innovative technology solutions to help clients achieve their business goals.

Business and IT Consulting
Many of the firm’s consultants have held senior level management positions in a variety of industries, including health care, insurance, distribution, manufacturing, financial services, government, publishing, and higher education. InfoWorks understands how to integrate technology to streamline operations and increase productivity, and the importance of developing sustainable business models and strategies. In 2010, InfoWorks launched its Strategic Solutions Group, a practice focused on offering strategic management and organizational development services.
