Project Overview

Facilitated multiple workshops for large company to define standards, define requirements, and/or come to consensus regarding strategy or other plan. Provided lead facilitator and documentation services to help client teams:

  • Define standard processes, policies, procedures, and job descriptions (ethics and compliance area)   
  • Define and document requirements and technology-enabled business processes (business office and supply chain operations)   
  • Define “buy vs. build” software strategy to meet intranet requirements
