Project Overview
Assisted in the implementation of the Program Management Office, including the development of policies, procedures, and templates. Mentoring of project managers on a daily basis. Managed four programs that included eight projects, consisting of data center infrastructure enhancements, disaster recovery / business continuity exercises, and an enterprise portal implementation.
