 Wayne Pirtle: Senior IT Architect
Professional Experience
Wayne is a veteran consulting executive with more than 30 years of experience in all facets of information systems, including application development, data architecture, large project management, systems management and general consulting. Wayne’s industry expertise runs the gamut, and includes banking and finance, health, manufacturing, insurance, distribution and travel. Prior to partnering with InfoWorks in 2002, Wayne was with IBM Global Services where, among other accomplishments, he achieved certification as an IBM Certified IT Architect. From 1998 to 2000, he was the Vice President of Information Services at Unum Provident Insurance in Chattanooga. As an independent consultant affiliated with InfoWorks, Wayne serves on its Board of Directors and has served as an IT Architect on engagements with several large companies helping to plan, design and implement applications that support core business systems.
