Get to know Claire

Claire has worked with InfoWorks since moving to Nashville in 1999 and became a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors in 2006.  Her expertise includes strategic planning, reengineering, information technology, and change management.

She believes being employee-owned is a key factor in the success of InfoWorks because you can see the true sense of ownership reflected by every employee on every client project as well as in our commitment to quality results and innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Claire has 35 years of management consulting experience with international firms such as Andersen Consulting, Computer Science Corporation, and CSC Index, inventor of the Reengineering discipline, where she headed the Retail and Distribution Consulting practices. She has provided consulting services to a number of high-profile clients, such as American Stores, Aramark, Best Buy, Campbell Soup, Deere & Co, Federated Department Stores, Ford Motor, HCA, Healthways, Ingram Book, Kmart, LTV Steel, Saint Thomas Health Services, SAP Software, Schering-Plough HealthCare, Target Stores, Tennessee State University, United Airlines, Vanderbilt, and Victoria’s Secret Stores.

Life Outside the Office

Claire is a preservation breeder and nationally winning exhibitor of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She has been recognized by the American Kennel Club as a Breeder of Merit.
