Project Overview

InfoWorks provided project management for the upgrade of Lawson HR/Payroll systems for one of the largest private operators of health care facilities in the world.

• Coordinated work with resources from the vendor, IT, and the business, through testing, implementation, and training phases   
• Tracked project plan and resources   
• Facilitated regular project status meetings   
• Provided bi-weekly status reports, including milestone accomplishments and key project issues   
• Communicated project results and escalated issues to executive management for resolution
