Project Overview

InfoWorks provided project management for implementing regulatory software for agency licensing within state government.

  • Provided project management and acted as the liaison between clients and vendors ensuring the end system met project requirements and was delivered on schedule   
  • Developed project work plan, annotating timeline, milestones, and resources working across multiple agencies   
  • Worked with key project stakeholders to manage project schedule, deliverables, requirements analysis, data conversion analysis, system setup, testing, training, onsite support, and ongoing support for post-implementation issues   
  • Facilitated weekly status meetings and produced status reports to track project action items, issues, risks, deliverables, and development   
  • Managed customer, client, and business representatives throughout entire project life cycle   
  • Communicated all project matters to key stakeholders and identified and escalated issues to executive management for resolution
