- Defined and documented functional and technical requirements
- Developed project plan, including project tasks, resource allocation, change control process, and key milestone completion dates
- Designed custom application and database for the cash handling process
- Developed standard reports for management, audit, and reconciliation purposes
- Developed specialized reports for research of history information
- Developed and tested custom applications and reports
- Provided technical documentation and deployed application to 20 users in the accounting process
