InfoWorks, led the implementation of a cash handling system for a large financial services company. Project tasks were as follows:

• Defined and documented functional and technical requirements   
• Developed project plan, including project tasks, resource allocation, change control process, and key milestone completion dates   
• Designed custom application and database for the cash handling process   
• Developed standard reports for management, audit, and reconciliation purposes   
• Developed specialized reports for research of history information   
• Developed and tested custom applications and reports   
• Provided technical documentation and deployed application to 20 users in the accounting process
